Reviewed the 279 commits from the accepted September 20 nightly through v0.0.43-nightly.20260928.2402. Adapted the browser trace proxy and server trace/metrics guards to the new per-signal OTLP configuration, preserving the existing log, relay-client, PostHog, Clerk, and updater tracking protections. Updated exporter assertions for the new service names, OpenTelemetry environment settings, resource attributes, and warning logs. Local trace recording remains enabled; the focused privacy and browser-trace checks observed no external requests. New relay cleanup exports are confined to the relay deployment path, whose upstream workflow is excluded from the fork. Upstream: ed57bed
