Follow upstream nightly https://github.com/pingdotgg/t3code/releases/tag/v0.0.46-nightly.20261005.2676, source 7812230.

Reviewed 248 upstream commits, the orchestration V2 provider and managed-auth paths, dependency changes, local observability, and retained Linux release entry points. New first-party analytics calls still use the guarded AnalyticsService. Updated its import and early construction guard for the retry implementation, and changed export/retry assertions to require no outbound batches even when telemetry is enabled. Retired four patches for the deleted server.test.ts and restored browser OTLP coverage in http.test.ts for configured JSON and protobuf collectors, preserving local trace records while blocking external exports. Existing desktop, browser, server, mobile, relay, and installer protections remain in place. Retired the upstream-only Discord workflow integration test because the accepted fork release workflow does not announce releases; notification CLI tests remain intact.

Application changes are limited to the recorded analytics patches and installer metadata. Full CI must pass before merging.

Model: GPT-6. Harness: local Codex task.

Adds claude-sonnet-5-5 to the Claude catalog (reuses the sonnet-5 profile, requires Claude Code 2.1.284) and features it in currentModels. Sonnet 5 stays current.
