Unfortunately, no, GBE+ won't support RetroAchievements. It's just not something I'm interested in adding to the project.

There are a couple of other features that probably won't ever be added (Android version, Kaillera support, libretro core) but if someone wants to support them in a fork, I'm open to offering some advice on GBE+'s architecture.
