Add: When asked to create a Claude Code skill for using the Arcanist agent or documenting how to operate the Arcanist CLI

Memory:

When creating a Claude Code skill file for using Arcanist itself (e.g. .claude/skills/arcanist-agent.md), always include the full arcanist CLI command reference with exact syntax for all commands: login, create, message, stop, transcript, watch. The agent's first attempt omitted actual bash commands entirely — the user had to correct it by pasting the full arcanist --help output. The skill file is incomplete without concrete, runnable CLI syntax.

Rationale:

This is a direct user correction: the agent created a skill file without any CLI commands, and the user had to follow up explicitly to add them. Next time this task comes up, the agent should immediately include the full CLI reference in the skill file.

Why this is a memory (not a convention update): This is a situational pattern that helps the agent in specific contexts, not a permanent rule for all future code.
