Closing without merging — same root cause as #200/#201/#202 (which this replaces, now correctly grouped into one PR by the new dependabot config from #204 — nice confirmation that fix works as intended).

TypeScript 7.0.2 crashes @typescript-eslint/typescript-estree at module load time (removed/relocated the ts.Extension API it reads eagerly), breaking pnpm lint for the entire workspace. typescript-eslint's latest stable (8.63.0) peer range is typescript: >=4.8.4 <6.1.0" — confirmed via npm view typescript-eslint peerDependencies`, no newer stable or prerelease supports TS7 yet. This was already independently discovered and documented in 4c78986 (#204)'s commit message, and I re-confirmed it by reproducing the crash directly.

Using @dependabot ignore typescript major version so this doesn't reopen daily until typescript-eslint ships TS7 support — run @dependabot unignore typescript major version once it does.
