Temporary PR to verify dependabot-auto-merge.yml at least registers/triggers correctly under pull_request_target. Expected: the job should SKIP (condition checks for dependabot[bot] author, this PR is authored by shrijayan) but a workflow run record should appear. Will close without merging.
