Adds a free, browser-based, structured Python + data analysis course to the "Learning Python" section.
Motivation for why this isn't redundant with the two existing links: it's a full 10-week structured course (progression, exercises, quizzes) rather than a single tutorial/video, covering both Python fundamentals and pandas/exploratory data analysis in one place, with no installs required until a final capstone. Free, self-hosted, no account needed, works offline once installed as a PWA. Available in English, Arabic, Spanish, and French.
Happy to adjust placement/wording if you'd rather it sit elsewhere (e.g. split between "Learning Python" and "Data Science using Python").
