When the cartridge boots, it automatically locates the C64U on the LAN, and then sets an environment variable (C64_ULTIMATE_IP) so that any Linux program can easily access the C64U. This works for Assembly64.py with this change. The change should have no effect on other systems, and will not override IP values set in the Assembly64.py configuration or passed into it via CLI arguments.
