libvirt documents <source type="file"> as a file or block device, but never allows the device in the domain cgroup and unlinks it on cleanup. Carry the two upstream patches until they land. Signed-off-by: Neil Levien <neil.levien@siderolabs.com>

libvirt documents for the swtpm emulator as a file or block device, but never allows the device in the domain cgroup (swtpm fails its first command with EPERM) and unlinks it on cleanup. Carry the two upstream patches until they land; both apply to 12.7.0 and master.
