Language Chooser: Not enough room for list of languages

Expected behavior:

• View at least one full language item on screen
• Hopefully get a part of at least one other language to know that there are more

Actual behavior:

• Can't see whole language item
• Can't see any of second language item*
• most of left sidebar is taken up by title, input label, and unlisted language button
• left sidebar is narrower than expected
