nest js back end runs on 7000 (start with npm run start)

react frontend runs on 3005 (start with npm run start)

get request to http://localhost:7000/dataUpdated and you'll see "Git Updated: X" in your browser where C updates every time you send a get reqest to that url

ignore the express back end and the express served front end for this
