Personal project built using publicly available FDOT data. Not affiliated with or representative of any agency or organization.
Interactive Power BI dashboard analyzing Florida's 27 designated scenic highways by traffic volume and points of interest. Converted FDOT shapefile .dbf attribute tables to CSV via a custom Python utility (dbfread), then modeled the data in Power Query — consolidating 10 source tables into 3. Features a "Chill Rating" metric categorizing routes by daily traffic density, cross-filtered POI recommendations, direct Google Maps navigation per stop, and colorblind-safe visual encoding.

Production ETL pipeline for WHO/IMB across 79 countries. Invented a Spatial Binning method to fix a root data quality problem — one-size-fits-all metrics were hiding virus circulation in small provinces. Added 4 automated surveillance flags. Maintained on GitLab for 2 years. Published Vaccine X 2020.
