just forge-note "<title>" "<body>"": files an issue on skyllc-ai/rust-forge-template with theupstream-port` label, a backlink to the current UFFS commit, and a genericize/apply/verify checklist.This is the UFFS side of the template-sync discipline: when a scaffolding change here (lints, gates, workflows, hooks, policies) is generic, one command tells the template repo instead of letting it drift. No mechanical sync by design — ports stay curated, and the template's own gates prove them.
