docs: add slidev-addon-gsap to addons gallery

Hey,

I would like to add my GSAP integration to the website. It is still in development, but it already helped me with a couple of good presentation, so I hope that others might enjoy it as well.

PS: I've built it locally and all links seemed to work :)
