Updating README with some spelling corrections

I was looking to see if perl supported HTTP/2 and I found your project. I noticed a couple of typos in the README so I thought I would update it.

Thanks! More importantly my implementation is WAY out of date. It has been
second on my todo list to update for too long. I will accept these changes
soon.
