docs: align Getting Started timing copy with the 5-minute quickstart#90

The docs quickstart is now a ~5-minute Docker Compose path; update the matching marketing and SEO copy (homepage CTA, developers page, FAQ link label, meta description, llms.txt) from 'under 10 minutes' to '~5 minutes'.

The docs Getting Started guide is now a ~5-minute Docker Compose quickstart. This aligns website copy that previously said "under 10 minutes":
