[FR]: Please consider SmartScan scope expansion (see description)

So far, SmartScan is a pioneer in its direction, but its capacities are severely underused by keeping them "inside the app" only.

SmartScan would be really useful if it would help the user to actually organise their media:

• rename images (filenames) meaningfully
• allow the user to group images in folders based on broad topics, meaning, roles
• allow local or self-hosted AI models (I've mentioned this in Implement option to use custom AI model for descriptions #316)
