Implements a cache that iterates over WinCacheInfo solutions to determine what the minimum number of attacking troops is required to destroy the defending troops. Supports combinations of attacking/defending DiceAugment values. Consume when attacking to minimize attacker losses and avoid requiring use of 'perfect slider.'
