This PR updates FlashLFQ to mzLib 1.0.565.
This PR changes how PSMs are read in. If possible, FlashLFQ will use the Readers project within mzLib to read in the search results as an IQuantifiableResultsFile. If this is not possible, FlashLFQ defaults to the legacy PsmReader.
This PR provides support for the newest MetaMorpheus .psmtsv format and adds support for Fragger psm.tsv results.
