correct Python Clock and TimeReferenceFields and add missing methods

rewrite JoystickInput to event-based API, fix KeyboardInput field name

correct TransformStamped constructor params and add missing methods

correct Imu angular_velocity_vec/linear_acceleration_vec return types

correct OccupancyGrid method name get_occupancy -> occupancy

clarify ForceCommand timeout field name

add return types to NavSatFix methods table

add missing methods to all geometry message types

add missing methods to sensor message types
