Add a folder to store good articles/resources about DSA

I am thinking about adding a folder to stores good online articles/resources about DSA, it might need something like this:

• A folder to store articles/online resources about DSA for interviewing
• Organize rules (don't have to be complicated, something like /DSA-name/resources/ to store pdf articles and /DSA-name/Descriptions.md contains links to the pdfs)
• Credits and url to original articles

I don't think it need much extra works, as this is not a requirement, just a nice-to-have sections for contributors to store/share their learning resources. Even just sharing one own Notion would be fine.
