Looks great! Btw I've been adding the affected library in the title of PRs and an exclamation point if it's breaking, to help us know what's breaking

Extracts the pod/src/list/ module into a new
spl-list-viewcrate so it can be versioned and iterated on independently from spl-pod.This PR also removes the deprecated PodSlice scheduled for removal in 1.0.0.
Note: spl-list-view is being squat by me and waiting on anza-team owner acceptance (assuming this is the right name/direction for the crate).
