sonilo 0.15.0 -> 0.16.0, sonilo-cli 0.14.0 -> 0.15.0 (stems). Opened manually: the release workflow's CHANGESET_PAT is expired, so the changesets action cannot open this PR itself — same as the 0.15.0 round.
