Envoy already proxies Channel Mapping (and Query/DNS-SD/Logging) as well as Connection, so the Connection-only directory and settings names were misleading. Keep the public /x-nmos-bridge path. Signed-off-by: Gareth Sylvester-Bradley <garethsb@nvidia.com>
