In "my data" view, only the measure counter is restricted to the user's own measures; domains without assigned measures are no longer hidden from the configuration list. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Align German terms with French: security measures (control.*) are now translated as "Maßnahme" and controls (measure.*) as "Kontrolle". Fixes #738
Since #748, the personal view lists every domain and only scopes the measure counter. Assert both domains are shown and that the counter is 1 for the owned domain and 0 for the other one. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
