The location of `setup.bash` relative to the directory where Space ROS is installed has changed. This commit updates the `update_nav2_repos.sh` script to point to the new location of that script.
The upgrade to Space ROS jazzy-2026.07.0 requires new versions of navigation2 and related packages. This commit updates all dependencies in that docker image. It's been created using `update_nav2_repos.sh`.

Update all docker images that point to Space ROS jazzy-2026.04.0 to point to Space ROS jazzy-2026.07.0.
