Includes fix for NullReferenceException in EmitNote.

The user manual is unchanged; it can be accessed from the installed application menu at Help / User Manual or downloaded separately under Installer 0.5.44.

If prompted to install the .NET Runtime, choose .NET Desktop Runtime 5.0.17 (or later) for Windows (x86 or x64) on the Microsoft downloads page that opens.

If you have an earlier release installed and this one complains it failed to delete a shortcut, you may be able to ignore the issue, or else you can uninstall the prior release and re-install this one.

Also note the program version is different from the installer version; as displayed in Help/About, the program version for this release is 0.5.8388.21034 .
