Updated itertools dependency in implants/Cargo.toml from 0.10 to 0.14.0. Verified build and tests.

Update itertools dependency to 0.14.0

Updated the `itertools` crate in `implants/Cargo.toml` from version `0.10` to `0.14.0`. This is a major version update to bring the dependency up to date.

Ran `cargo build --all-targets` and `cargo test` in `implants/` to verify stability.
The build succeeded.
Tests passed (with the known exception of `imix::install` permission error).
