Lips - Lua Image Processing System

Lips host application 32/64 with all required DLLs and example scripts, plus face landmarks and style transfer data.
New methods added to OpenCV wrapper: inpainting, seamless cloning, feature matching, homography with image alignment and B/W photography colorization. Face landmarks and style transfer data separated in two packages. New style transfer models added.
