New Emb6 structure

This release contains the following changes:

• Split services and demos
• Create an apps folder containing all standalone application (actually only the extif project )
• Remove SCons and toolchain files from target folder ( actually only CCS project are maintained )
• new CCS project in the "./apps/ide" and "./demo/ide"
• cc13x2 and cc13xx are supproted
