FIX (_bootstrap_theme.scss) input group sizing

In relation to commit f92c95a, there is a bit of code
.input-group { .form-control { display: table-cell; height: 100%; } }
This is causing issues with input grouping layout. Look into how this will affect pages using this if we remove it.
