Registration cleanup
I have pivoted from Stash to Coffer and am building only Coffer for the Private Sprint.
This removes the obsolete Stash entry and records the required intentional-removal reason in
registry-removals.json. The active Coffer registration remains unchanged: https://github.com/zachbuilds26/cofferNo other registration entries are changed.
