Use project dotter
Please pull submodules with this command :git submodule update --recursive.
Please add a file .dotter/local.toml
by using file (local.template.toml)[.dotter/local.template.toml].
You can set variable install_pkgs to true in local.toml to install package selected.
To check if neovim has all configuration please run :checkhealth
