Several public repos were renamed on 2026-09-26. Rename-only: titles, links and repo-name references in this repo now use the new names. Old GitHub URLs still redirect; changelogs and other historical records are unchanged.

Rename-only update after the 2026-09-26 public repo renames. Every changed line is a name swap in titles, GitHub links, or repo-name references (verified by diff). Old github.com URLs redirect, so nothing was broken before this.
Unchanged on purpose: changelogs, lessons learned, and other dated historical records.
