- Adds a short hardware-refresh note under the phase table: the ER605 and TL-SG2210P were replaced by a UDM Pro and USW-24-PoE on 2026-09-27 in an equivalent-state cutover (same flat network, gateway, DHCP, and DNS). Phase 1 stays documented as it happened.
- Diagram table: the Omada diagram is now labeled as the topology before the UniFi refresh, and the UniFi row says the migration is done and the diagram is not drawn yet.
