Adds
diagrams/current-topology.md— the network as it runs today (AT&T ONT → ER605 → SG2210P → Deco AP mode, flat 192.168.68.0/24, Pi-hole HA behind Keepalived VIP, Omada Controller managing the gear). Authored as Mermaid so it renders on GitHub and stays editable. README + diagrams/README updated to reference it and drop the stale 'Planned' rows.
