Stable program id set in declare_id!, Anchor.toml, and keypair
scripts/pin_and_deploy.sh added and executable
.gitignore hardened (ignores keys & id.json)
Local deploy verified on localnet (paste the deploy “Program Id / IDL OK” log snippet)
