Closes #73 Conversation memory promoted every non-empty user message into Current / Superseded Objectives, so ordinary chat cluttered the TUI SUMMARY panel. Keep only explicit /goal, wake-prompt, and labeled objective signals.

Summary
SUMMARY treated every non-empty user message as an objective, so casual prompts cluttered Current / Superseded Objectives.
extractObjectiveCandidatesnow keeps only explicit goal signals (/goal, wake prompts, labeled Goal/Objective lines). Ordinary chat stays under user turns.Closes #73
