Document that nix-cache is a standard Nix binary cache protocol backed by R2, NOT an Attic server. Update push instructions to use `nix copy --to` instead of `attic push`. Note that attic-client is not needed in consuming repos. Closes #5 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
