Dependent network variables can be ordered, but behavioral variables cannot.
It will be nice to allow the possibility also for dependent behavioral variables to be ordered.
This requires changes in sienaDataCreate and EpochSimulation.cpp (and elsewhere, but starting with these two).
A workaround (easier) is the definition of a monadic covariate effect "larger than" on the behavior.
