[EPIC] Deprecate robots-sim (Isaac backend moved to strands-labs/robots)

The Isaac Sim backend now lives in strands-labs/robots as an in-tree builtin. This repo will be deprecated and archived for simpler maintenance.

Epic status — deprecation of robots-sim

This is a coordination/tracker epic (Isaac backend absorbed into strands-labs/robots, per the paired absorb epic strands-labs/robots#1144), so there is no standalone code deliverable for #167 itself. Posting current state of the four linked sub-issues rather than opening a redundant PR.

#169	README deprecation notice + migration guide	PR #172 open — adds a > [!WARNING] banner with old→new install commands and confirms create_simulation("isaac", ...) is unchanged for callers. Mergeable; cagataycali requested.
#170	Final release + PyPI deprecation	No PR — maintainer action. Cutting the final tag + pip-side deprecation (yanking / Development Status :: 7 - Inactive classifier / final release notes) requires release + PyPI-owner privileges an agent can't exercise. Should land after #172 + #173 merge so the final release carries both the import warning and the README notice.
#171	Archive repository	No PR — maintainer action. Archiving is a GitHub admin operation; do it last, after #170's final release is published.

Recommended sequencing

1. Merge feat(deprecation): emit DeprecationWarning on import (closes #168) #173 (import warning) and docs(readme): add deprecation banner + migration guide (closes #169) #172 (README notice) — both mergeable now.
2. Cut the final release + PyPI deprecation (Cut final release and mark deprecated on PyPI #170) so the last published artifact carries the warning + notice.
3. Archive the repo (Archive the robots-sim repository #171).

Notes

• The four children are wired as GitHub sub-issues, so this epic already reflects their state automatically.
• [EPIC] Deprecate robots-sim (Isaac backend moved to strands-labs/robots) #167 is not on the Strands Labs - Robots board (that board tracks strands-labs/robots items), so no board move applies here.
• No redundant PR was opened for the epic itself; the actionable code is fully covered by docs(readme): add deprecation banner + migration guide (closes #169) #172 and feat(deprecation): emit DeprecationWarning on import (closes #168) #173.

Examples migration is tracked upstream in strands-labs/robots#1269 (isaac/, isaac_gs/, mujoco_gs/, so101_curobo/, and the libero Isaac examples). The MuJoCo LIBERO examples already moved earlier. Ensure #1269 lands before this repo is archived (robots-sim#171) so no runnable example is lost.
