chore: commit the Lightening 1 sprint file and planned blueprints - #506

…ints The active sprint (epic #504, milestone 28) was local-only, which `_context.md` warns makes it invisible to delegate worktrees branched from main. Batch 1 is recorded done (#494, #495 via PR #505); Batch 2 (#496) is next. The Lightening 2 and 3 blueprints under `sprints/planned/` carry `status: planned` and are not read as active tracks. The active Lightening 1 sprint (epic #504, milestone 28) existed only in one local checkout, which
_context.mdwarns makes it invisible to delegate worktrees branched from main. This commits it with Batch 1 recorded done (#494 and #495 via PR #505) and Batch 2 (#496) next, plus the Lightening 2 and 3 blueprints under.dev-backlog/sprints/planned/.
