本次 PR:中台裁决组完成内容

本次中台裁决组主要完成了对学术前沿组交付物的接收与中台侧落地校验:

  • 新增/扩展 cross_group_integration_readiness 能力,用于汇总政策金融、产品生态、学术前沿三组当前交付状态。
  • 接收学术前沿组 formal handoff bundle,并在中台侧生成 academic-scope 的 closed fact snapshot / fact resolution audit。
  • 明确当前状态仍不是完整 weekly 输出阶段:学术前沿输入已经可被中台消费,但完整三组事实闭环、source-chain、owner arbitration 仍未全部完成。
  • 补充 replay 测试,固定中台对学术前沿输入的消费结果,避免后续误判为“weekly 已可产出”。
  • 修复 policy-finance replay 测试在 Windows/Git Bash pre-push 下找不到 corepack 的问题,确保 push 前全量测试能正常通过。

给学术前沿组的下一步建议

建议学术前沿组下一轮不要只提交一个很小的修补 PR,而是尽量一次性补齐中台继续推进所需的完整输入,减少来回确认次数。

优先建议完成:

  • 补齐学术前沿侧 closed fact snapshot 所需的事实字段、source-chain、claim key、owner/ref 对齐信息。
  • 明确每条学术 claim 的证据来源、可验证性、时间窗口和归属边界,避免中台继续做推断。
  • 补充 negative / compatibility fixture,覆盖缺失 claim key、缺失 source ref、版本不兼容、字段缺失等情况。
  • 更新 exec-plan 阶段状态,确保文档里的 phase 判断和代码实际落地一致。
  • 一次性提交可被中台 dry-run/replay 消费的完整 handoff bundle,而不是分多次提交零散字段。

中台侧目前可以继续推进到“消费已有学术输入并生成 academic-scope 审计结果”的位置;真正阻塞点会出现在需要学术组提供更完整、可裁决、可追溯的事实闭环输入时。
