- Introduce AutoTrackingRuntimeMode (active/passive) and TrackerIntelligenceService to dynamically switch tracking modes based on user movement.
- Update point automation and location stream workflows to support runtime mode changes and tracking sample abstraction.
- Enhance notification and tracking logic to reflect current tracking mode and handle mode transitions.
