Summary

  • Add a Useful Links section to the README linking the SuperAge website (https://www.superage.app), the App Store listing (id6751951815), methodology, changelog, contributing guide, and issues, with descriptive anchor text.
  • Rewrite the tagline to name the supported Apple platforms (iOS, watchOS, macOS, tvOS — as declared in Package.swift) and the biological age use case for discoverability.

Docs-only change; no scoring output affected, no CHANGELOG entry needed.

Link the SuperAge website and App Store listing from a dedicated
Useful Links section, alongside methodology, changelog, contributing
guide, and issues. Rewrite the tagline to name the supported Apple
platforms and the biological age use case for discoverability.
