Task does not respond to WM_CLOSE message

When the program hangs, it cannot be closed by any means. ALT+F4, Task Manager, cmd prompt with taskkill /f /im redumper.exe or even by Process Explorer run as admin.

I have to reboot my computer to close it.

That sucks, can't use a watchdog timer to abort?

It seems to happen at the same place with my drive, no matter which disc.
