[Feature Request] Safedisc detection on Joliet only discs

Made a Bug report so it wouldn't get lost.

This disc has an empty ISO file system with all the files (including Safedisc relevant ones) being housed in Joliet instead. At the moment Redumper won't see them, so only way to dump the disc is with --force-split or the usage of DIC.
