[Feature Request] Create MDF/MDS when needed

Hi, according to the wiki redumper currently does not capture the required information needed for certain kinds of copy protection like StarForce and SecuROM.

Currently the only way to get a working dump is using Alcohol 120%. I couldn't see any tracking issue here, so I wanted to open one. Maybe it even is already supported and the wiki entry is just outdated?

SecuROM for CD is implemented, it works, mostly.

StarForce is not implemented because I don't know the details about those protections nor I have time to learn and research it.

Other DVD protections are not implemented as well.

If it ever be implemented it definitely won't be mdf/mds formats though, I prefer not to use proprietary formats.

Also now that you're saying SecuROM is already implemented it may even work for StarForce as well. The Redump wiki doesn't do a good job at explaining how those work, however the Alcohol 120% documentation states a bit more precisely what DPM is all about (one of the four things the redump documentation points at it as the only tool for the task).

Data Position Measurement: New copy protections like SecuROM 4.8x work by positioning the data irregularly on the spiral track of the CD. This irregular positioning is measured, and emulated while the image is mounted. Please note that Data Position Measurement option is only used with the "Securom *NEW (4/5/7)", "StarForce 1/2/3" and "VOB ProtectCD V5" datatypes. The best results are obtained when the DPM reading speed is kept as low as possible for CD discs.

The 2nd one is "Disc Manufacturing Information (DMI)", there the redump wiki says that redumper can do it but the iso format can't hold it. So I assume when using the bin/cue format it already works?

The 3rd Twin sectors, there the wiki also points at the MDF/MDS format but at the non-free Daemon Tools. (Same for the DVD-style CSS based protections, but CSS is cracked by now, so not sure if that is really still necessary...)
