Translate error messages to Dutch

Added two extra lines in a translation that were missing.

I'd love to be able to change the preset emails through the language packs too, though I am unsure if this can be done. The company I work for is predominantly dutch, so a more dutch email (for, for example creating a ticket) would be amazing. I'm busy changing it locally, but I'd rather something like this be integrated into the language packs

I'll merge these changes in, but there are quite a few new lines, which we'd ideally want translated before we released a new version of the language pack - would you be interested in translating them? You can see them at the end of each file.
