Work Description ✏️

fastlane로 릴리즈 빌드·테스트·배포를 한 줄 명령으로 자동화했습니다.

구성

• 기본 구조: Gemfile·fastlane/Appfile·fastlane/Pluginfile(firebase_app_distribution 플러그인)
• 로컬 설치 방식: 시스템 gem 폴더 권한 이슈 회피 위해 vendor/bundle 로컬 설치, Gemfile.lock 고정
• Firebase App ID 자동 추출: app/google-services.json에서 읽음(하드코딩/커밋 없음), 없으면 FIREBASE_APP_ID env로 대체
• 릴리즈 서명 배선: app/build.gradle.kts의 빈 TODO였던 signingConfigs.release를 local.properties/env의 upload keystore로 배선
• Play 배포(deploy): upload_to_play_store(supply), 트랙/상태 옵션(track:internal 기본), 스토어 리스팅은 건드리지 않고 바이너리만 업로드
• 문서: fastlane/README.md에 세팅·사용법·문제 해결(그룹 alias/UTF-8/권한) 정리
• .gitignore에 fastlane 산출물·서비스 계정 키 제외

검증

• beta 레인 실제 배포 성공 — Firebase App Distribution 모여볼 그룹(테스터 7명)에 debug APK 발송 확인 ✅
• test/beta/deploy 레인 모두 fastlane lanes에 정상 노출, ktlint·gradle 파싱 통과

• Play deploy 자격증명 연결 — 현재 앱 이전(transfer) 진행 중이라 서비스 계정 초대/권한 부여 불가. 이전 완료 후 새 계정에서 서비스 계정에 "출시 관리자" 권한 부여 + PLAY_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_JSON 설정 필요
• upload keystore 값 local.properties에 채우기 (기존 출시에 쓴 키 그대로) — Play 배포 전 필수
• 현재 beta는 debug 서명 APK 배포. 릴리즈 서명 붙으면 Fastfile의 build_type을 Release로 조정 가능
• versionCode 자동 증가(현재 libs.versions.toml 수동) — 필요 시 fastlane 자동화 추가
